The product is warranted under the terms of the warranty card issued by the distributor in the country of purchase. Details are available upon request from the staff of the store where the product was purchased.

Please be advised that effective product registration can only be made if the equipment was purchased from an authorized Wilson dealer and you have proof of purchase and a completed warranty card.

For inquiries regarding equipment repairs only, please contact us by e-mail or telephone from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Note: Before sending, please make sure that a copy of the proof of purchase is attached to the equipment. It is also advisable to include the original warranty card received with the purchased Wilson product.

Repair Claim

The recommended way to report equipment for repair is to use the intermediary of the point of sale where the equipment was purchased. Contact the store for further instructions.

If you do not have the opportunity to report a product failure at the place of purchase, please contact our Service Center. Properly report the equipment for repair at the Service Center should begin by completing the Repair Request Form.

It A59ging, the risk of damage during transport is borne by the claimant.
Advice: If you prepare the speaker packaging yourself, please secure the drivers putting on the grille and use piece of cut sturdy carton to cover this sensitive part. Use a couple of layers of bubble wrap around the full cabilet. Then either use proper size ready carton box or thick carton sheets to cover securely the cabinet from all sides and wrap it with packaging film.

First contact our Service Center and fill out the Service Request Form. Our service technician will instruct you on possible ways to get your product to us depending on where you are located.

Products for post-warranty repair shall be delivered by the Customer to the Service Center at his own expense and transportation risk.

Before sending, please make sure that a copy of the proof of purchase is attached to the equipment. It is also advisable to enclose the original warranty card received with the purchased Wilson product.
