Delivery
Within the European Union, shipping is free of charge. Ordered products are delivered through courier companies cooperating with us:
- DHL courier – delivery time from 1 to 3 working days in Poland (delivery time depends on the occupancy of courier companies, but most often packages arrive the next day after posting).
Delivery time to European Union countries may be longer depending on the destination. We are at your disposal if you have questions about overseas shipments and any other issue related to our products.
We are working hard to make product delivery options as convenient and fast as possible for you.
We are working on more solutions to enlarge the choice and method of shipments in the near future.
Payments
The following payment methods are available to you in our online store:
- Electronic payment (e-payment) via PayU online payment service.
- Cash on delivery payment on delivery (maximum amount of cash on delivery is 6500 PLN gross).
- Payment by traditional transfer to the bank account of our store. If you choose this form of payment – after the order is made, we will send you via e-mail the data for the transfer. The realization of the order will be started after the full amount of the required payment for the order is credited to our account.
