Horn Distribution Central Service provides guarantee and post-guarantee repair services. We employ the best technicians – specialists with extensive experience in the repair of audio and video equipment, we ensure the training of our personnel is always up to date and state of the art tools are available at our workshop – facilitating top class services.

A 24 month guarantee from date of purchase is granted.
Defect found during the guarantee period shall be remedied within 14 days of the day the equipment arrived at the workshop.
If parts have to be imported from abroad, the repair time may be extended by the time required for the parts to arrive. The customer shall be informed regarding the expected equipment repair time if parts have to be imported from abroad.
The following have to be submitted to carry out a guarantee repair service:
– a guarantee document applicable to the defective equipment,
– a valid proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The service records the repair and its date in the guarantee document.
The customer is entitled to request an exchange of items, if:
– during the guarantee period, the same fault is repaired 3 times by the service facility and the equipment still exhibits a defect preventing its use in accordance with the designated use.
– the service facility issues a written statement that it is impossible to remedy the fault.
If, once the terms in item 6 are satisfied, replacement of the equipment for new is not possible, the customer is entitled to a refund of the price paid.
Damages caused by normal wear and tear (drive belts, bulbs, read lasers, etc.) are not covered by the guarantee.
Damage to drive belts, bulbs and read lasers are not covered by the guarantee.
Damages caused by external factors are not covered by the guarantee, such as: mechanical damage, soiling, flooding, atmospheric discharges, electricity grid surges, installation and software updates not in accordance with the instructions, use not in accordance with the designated use, speaker damage caused by overloading, amp or signal source oscillations, direct current on amp output.
For the customer to be eligible to exercise the right stemming from this guarantee, the equipment has to be used, maintained and stored in accordance with the instructions.
The guarantee does not cover damages caused by lack of appropriate protection of equipment ensured by the customer during transport, and in particular when unloading, loading and carrying the device.
The guarantee does not cover damages caused as a result of use not in accordance with the equipment’s designated use. This restriction also applies to the use of amateur equipment for professional purposes. Damages of this type may be remedies at the customer’s cost.
The guarantee does not cover claims pertaining to the good’s technical parameters, as long as these are in accordance with those stated by the manufacturer in the instructions.
The service facility reserves the right to refuse to carry out a guarantee repair if”
a) discrepancies are identified between the data on the documents and the equipment,
b) seals are broken or tampered with,
c) an independent repair was made,
d) there are any structural changes and modifications to the equipment.
A refusal to carry out a guarantee repair is tantamount to a loss of guarantee.
The above terms do not limit nor exclude the rights of the purchaser stemming from noncompliance of the product with the agreement.
A refusal to carry out a guarantee repair for reasons stated in items 15 b)-d) is tantamount to a loss of guarantee.

To request equipment repair at the Horn Distribution Service, complete the Repair Request Form in accordance with the Repair Request Procedure.
To request equipment repair, follow the Repair Request Procedure and contact Horn Distribution Service.
If it is not possible to request an equipment repair through your point of sale, then follow the Repair Request Procedure or contact Horn Distribution Service.
Items eligible for guarantee repairs can be sent via DHL free of charge. Should you have any questions, please contact our helpline.
The customer delivers post-guarantee repair items to the service workshop at its own cost.
